The Chandigarh Consumer Forum Friday directed a hair and scalp health facility to pay Rs 1.05 lakh to a town resident who alleged that density of his hair was once low after a transplant surgery.
Vikas Kumar stated he had underwent hair transplant surgical procedure from Richfeel Health and Beauty centre at Sector 9 for Rs 70,948 in April, 2017.
Kumar stated he was guaranteed that there would be no hole between graft after the surgery. However, he determined that the density of the hair was low, and added it to the clinic’s notices.
The medical practitioner demanded Rs 23,000 to fill extra grafts in order to make bigger the hair density and when he resisted shelling out any more money, the health facility kept dilly dallying the matter, he alleged.
